Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping times.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Occasionally there may be delays beyond our control, such as delivery service problems, internet issues, etc., which we cannot be held responsible for. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at journeystreasures@proton.me with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Orders are generally shipped within the above time frame using US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx and other carriers we deem necessary in order to deliver your item(s) to you in the quickest way possible. Delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. We do not ship outside of the 48 Continental United States at this time. We also do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time. We only ship packages to physical addresses. No P.O. Box Deliveries or General Deliveries available at this time.

We offer free shipping on most all of our products. On the rare occasion that we are not able to offer free shipping, we will be very clear in the information given for those particular products and the charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
